How the 5 day bathroom works

Renovare Gold Coast works with you to help create the bathroom you’ve always wanted. We follow a simple three step process that guides the journey toward transforming your bathroom and living the lifestyle you’ve dreamed about.

01. Initial consultation

We’ll meet with you and go over the 5 Day Bathroom process. We’ll measure up your existing bathroom, check your requirements and go through the available inclusions prior to providing a final price.

A Renovare ‘Pod’ is delivered to your address with everything our builders need to complete the renovation stored safely and neatly on your property.

02. Renovate

You move into your accommodation on Sunday and we commence work on your 5 Day Bathroom on Monday morning. With all materials neatly contained in the Renovare Pod, there are no security issues or mess left lying around.

03. Handover

Your bathroom renovation is completed and you move back home on Friday ready to enjoy your new bathroom. The renovation is inspected by independent inspectors handovers.com, with all work guaranteed for 6 years and fittings covered by Reece’s 7-year warranty.

How much does the 5 day bathroom cost?

The standard 5 Day Bathroom renovation starts at $18,700. This includes all trades and services, inspections plus 5 nights accommodation.

This innovative renovation concept is for customers who value their time and comfort. The 5 Day Bathroom is the ultimate bathroom renovation where you don't lift a finger!

Are all trades including plumbing and electrical included?

Yes all trades including plumbing and electrical services are included as standard inclusions.

Note that electrical and plumbing services remain in their exisiting configuration unless quoted separately.

How do you finish a bathroom within 5 days?

Renovare's goal is to complete every renovation as quickly and efficiently as possible. We guarantee a 5 day completion because our systems and processes have been designed to maximise efficiency. All required materials are delivered into the Renovare 'Pod' which is placed safely on your property. This ensures maximum efficiency, security and tidiness.

In addition, because you are enjoying five nights accommodation away from the renovation, this allows us to work freely and efficiently without the added stress of working on top of your family and disturbing your peace and quiet. This also enables us to schedule our trades as needed to meet the tight schedule’.

5 Day Bathroom Renovations generally do not involve reconfiguration of plumbing and electrical services thus saving time and cost.

What warranties am I offered?

Our products are sourced from Reece, Australia’s largest plumbing and bathroom supplies business.

Reece products enjoy a minimum 7 year product replacement warranty for domestic use, with a one year warranty for spare parts and labour.

Renovare workmanship is guaranteed for 6 years.

Do I get to choose my accommodation?

Certainly! You are free to choose the accomodation you prefer and Renovare will cover the cost of your accomodation for up to $200/night. We handle all bookings on your behalf.
