Mansfield ‘Level Up’ Extension
This previously single storey home now has an extra storey added. With other extensions, this home has gone from an original 109 square meters to an impressive 405 square meters. The standout interior feature is the living room with a 5.4 meter high void. The staircase with its illuminated handrails and under stair storage is another exceptional feature. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and bathrooms plus a rear deck opening up to a view over the luxurious pool and outdoor entertaining area. The master suite features a custom bed frame and dual walk-in wardrobe. Brushed gold fittings compliment the home throughout.

Mansfield ‘Level Up’ Extension – Part 1
Take a look at the progress on this stunning renovation at Mansfield! This is a previously single storey home that is having a ‘level up’ extension, that is a new new storey added. Plus there’s extension to the front that will take this home from an original 109 square meters to an impressive 405 square meters. The renovated space will include a void above the living area at a height of 5.4 meters and 2.7 meter ceilings in the new second storey.
There was plenty of steelwork and engineering required in this design including a wing beam to offer additional strength against high winds. Check back in for Part two of this video when we’ll show you the completed home.
Mt Gravatt Lift And Build Under + Plunge Pool
Are you ready for some heavy demolition and lifting? This Mt Gravatt project is a lift and build under but in order to crane in an 11-tonne plunge pool, the team have shuffled the building to the side and will then move it back once the plunge pool is in place.
The new lower level of this home will feature two new bedrooms, bathroom and a rumpus. More updates soon!
Forestdale – Full Interior Renovation And Pool Area Remodel
