Anthony’s decision to start a Renovare franchise is in keeping with the life and career goals he has set himself.
“As a life promise to myself, I planned to merge from the tools to management at the age of 50. The opportunity was presented and knowing the background of the Stroud Homes group, I was excited to become the Renovare Hervey Bay franchise owner.”
“I am fulfilled in my work by the end result of the finished product, when customer referral has been my only form of advertising until now. I gain much more satisfaction out of a renovation than I do with a new home due to the complexities and challenges that we face. I love meeting and talking with people about my jobs and enjoy the excitement that they feel.”
Anthony’s goals are to establish and maintain the highest reputation in the Hervey Bay and Fraser Coast area so that “word of mouth” and community presence is well known, and to deliver the highest quality and service possible. By remaining innovative with design and methodology Anthony plans to attract and retain the very best trades and suppliers.
“I would like to enter and win Building Awards in the Fraser Coast and see this as a reality with the vibrant Renovare team for support.” Ultimately Anthony’s plan is to grow the business to the point where multiple family members can become involved in the business.
Anthony sees great potential for growth in the Hervey Bay and Fraser Coast region given its climate and status as one of the major outdoor activity hubs of Australia. Tourism, work and lifestyle are balanced to perfection. What better location to live and build in!
